Below is a list of the basic functions of the SIPS Driver Management System that the owner or manager can control all with a simple click of the mouse.

You can...

• See if your driver had been texting while the vehicle was moving down the road and how fast it was moving.
• Locate your driver at any time and display Google map of the driver's location.
• Set a boundary that your driver can not go outside of without you being alerted.
• Set a maximum speed so that if your driver exceeds it, then you will be alerted.
• Access a log of the drivers activities and physical addresses of every place he/she stopped at and for how long he/she stopped for.

REPORTING METHODS

·      Each driver is given a flash drive that is programmed for that individual driver. The driver will insert the flash drive into the USB port on the device at the beginning of every shift. It will be unplugged at the end of the shift. The purpose of this is to identify each driver.

·       The speeding alerts and the out of boundary alerts can be sent to the administrator via text message .

·         If you do not desire to receive text messages you can do all of this online or on your personal computer. You will have the ability to go to the SIPS website and see all of the logs of your drivers' activities.
